I would like to see this section become one of the most popular ones on this site. If used correctly, this could save many of us lots of money when it comes to purchasing softball gear. Plus it will give feedback to those who manufacture and sell these items.
For bats, I would like to hear specific details on BP sessions-
-How it compared to other bats
-What type balls were used
-What the conditions were
-etc...
But, most importantly lets rate these bats on the following scale.....
Pop (How lively is the barrel)- scale 1-5
Distance- 1-5
Durability- 1-5
Feel- (stiff, Flex,hollow,solid, whatever describes the bat best)
Swing weight- Did it swing lighter or hevier than marked weight
Also, lets not rush to judgement. Let's give bats a good number of swings. With that said, please don't hesitate to give first impressions of any bat.
On other products (gloves, cleats,uniforms), general opinions are encouraged.
